Cancellation & Refund Policy

I understand plans change. This policy explains what happens if you need to cancel or move your session.
Deposits
Deposits secure your date and time and are non-refundable, as they cover time reserved exclusively for you. The deposit is credited toward your total.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Your deposit carries over to the new date. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may require a new deposit.
Cancelling
If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, any amount paid above the deposit is refunded. With less than 48 hours’ notice, or for a no-show, fees paid are non-refundable as the time can no longer be re-booked.
If I cancel
In the rare event I must cancel (for example illness or equipment failure), you’ll be offered the first available alternative date or a full refund of everything paid, including the deposit.
How to cancel or reschedule
Email bookings@diviad.studio with your booking reference as early as you can.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
