Terms & Conditions

These terms govern photography services booked through diviad.studio (“DIVIAD”, “I”, “me”). By booking a session you agree to them.

Bookings & payment

A session is confirmed once payment (a deposit or the full amount) is received. Prices are shown at booking; where a custom price has been agreed via an offer, that agreed amount applies. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — I never see or store your card details.

Where you pay a deposit, the remaining balance is due before your session as advised. Sessions have a minimum duration of two hours.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are covered by my Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Your responsibilities

Please arrive on time and provide accurate booking details. Late arrival may shorten your session without a reduction in fee. You confirm you have the right to be photographed and, where relevant, that others appearing in the shoot consent.

Images & copyright

I retain copyright of all images. On full payment you receive a licence to use delivered images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires prior written agreement. I may use images from your session in my portfolio and marketing unless you ask me in writing not to.

Delivery

Edited images are delivered via a private online gallery within the timeframe advised for your session. The number of images and turnaround depend on the service booked.

Liability

I take great care, but to the extent permitted by law my liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. I am not liable for circumstances beyond my reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
